摘要
我国天然资源十分丰富,研究人员对天然产物的抗氧化性进行了深入的研究,特别是对黄酮、多酚、多糖等天然活性物质的研究表明,天然产物大多具有抗氧化性,而抗氧化性是众多生理功能的基础,对天然产物抗氧化作用机理的研究将成为这一领域的研究热点。本文从清除自由基、抑制自由基的产生与激活机体抗氧化体系三个方面,对天然产物抗氧化作用机理的研究进行了综述。
Natural resources are extremely rich in our country ,the scientist has conducted thorough research to the natural products oxidation,specially to flavones, polyphone, polysaccharide and so on.The research indicated that the natural products mostly had the oxidation resistance, and its antioxidant activity was the multitudinous physiological function foundation.The research on antioxidant mechanism of natural products would become one of the focuses of this field in recent years. From the elimination free radical, the suppression free radical production and the activation organism oxidation resistance system, a review about research progress of the antioxidant mechanism of natural products was summarized in this article.
