摘要
Web服务是一种可以在Internet上描述、发布、查找和进行通信的自包含、自描述、松散耦合的软组件系统。基于全国气象宽带通信网络,设计并开发一套基于Web服务的气象数据服务系统,对系统的背景和相关技术进行介绍,给出气象数据服务的设计和服务的具体实现以及部分测试数据和结论。
Web Services are self-contain, self-describe, and loose-coupling soft components that can be described and published, discovered and transferred via the Internet. Based on the national meteorological wide band, this paper projects and develops a meteorological data service system. It introduces the background of the project and relevant technologies, and describes the design approaches and services implemented. The conclusion is given and some test statistics are showed
