摘要
农村信用社的产权制度改革是农村信用社改革的核心。分析我国农村信用社现状及产权制度中存在的问题,如产权不清晰、法人治理结构不完善、不符合信用社合作制的原则等等,提出农村信用社应明晰公共积累、亏损社的产权,完善法人结构,减轻农村信用社历史包袱,改善金融环境。
The property rights of rural credit cooperatives reform of the system are the core of the reform of rural credit cooperatives. The problem is analyzed, which exists in the current system of property rights of China＇ s rural credit cooperatives, such as property rights are not clear, perfect corporate governance structure, credit unions do not meet the principle of co - operation. On this basis, suggestions that rural credit cooperatives should clarity the property of the public accumulation, improve the legal structure, reduce the historic burden of rural credit cooperatives, improve the financial environment and so on, are given.
