咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂的制备及其性能研究 被引量:9

摘要 以苯甲酸、三乙烯四胺为原料合成咪唑啉母体,采用1-氯-3-苯基丙烷对其进行改性来制备咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂,并在油田水介质中进行腐蚀性能的评价。结果表明,红外谱图证明该实验成功地合成了咪唑啉季铵盐缓蚀剂;缓蚀剂用量、腐蚀时间和温度对L80钢在油田水介质中缓蚀率的影响明显;SEM实验表明,缓蚀性能提高的原因为在L80钢表面形成了均匀、致密、具有菱形晶态组织的吸附膜。 In this article, a kind of imidazoline quaternary-ammonium-salt was synthesize with benzyl acid, triethylenete tramJne and 1-chloro-3-phenylpropane. and its corrosion inhibition performance in oilfield water was studied. The IR spectrum chart proved that the imidazoline quaternary-ammonium-salt was synthesized successfully. The result also showed that corrosion inhibitor quantity, time and temperature had an obvious influence on the corrosion inhibition rate of the L80 steel in the oilfield water. The SEM experiment showed that the reason of the improvement of corrosion inhibition was due to that a homogenous, compact and diamond crystalline state absorption film was formed on the surface of the L80 steel.
