摘要
采用固相层析免疫分析技术对31例因阵发性室上性心动过速、房性心动过速及室性心动过速接受射频消融(RFCA)治疗者测定其术后血清心脏肌钙蛋白I(cTnI)。结果显示,RFCA术后cTnI弱阳性率51.61%、阳性率16.13%;cTnI阳性组累积放电能量(19411.94±2251.74W/s)明显高于cTnI阴性组(8601.11±1791.88W/s)(P<0.01);心室放电组cTnI阳性率(88.2%)明显高于心房放电组(42.8%)(P<0.05)。提示RFCA对心肌有轻微损伤,影响其损伤程度的因素有累积放电能量和放电部位。
To study mycardial injury after radiofrequency catheter ablation (RFCA),the solidphase immunochromatographicassay method was used to detect serum cardiac troponin I (cTnI )from 31 patients after RFCA. The result showed that the weak-positive rate of cTnI was 51. 61%and the positive rate of cTnI was 16. 13%. The accumulative power released in RFCA of the cTnI positive group (19 411. 94±2 251. 74 W/s ) was significantly greater than that of the cTnI negative group (8 601. 11± 1 791. 88W/s ), P <0.01. The positive rate of cTnI of the group ablated in venticle (88. 2% ) was significantly higher than that of the group ablated in atrium (42.8% ), P <0.05. The results suggested that the myocardial injurg caused by RFCA was slight,and the level of mycardial injury was related to the accumulated power and the position in RFCA.
