The analysis of the side gap of nibbling twin-screw extruders

摘要 通过对啮合同向双螺杆的侧间隙的分析,进一步简化了侧间隙面积的数学模型,计算了侧间隙面积,绘制了侧间隙面积与螺杆外径的拟合曲线,为双螺杆挤出机的设计制造提供了依据。 Through the analysis of the side gap of nibbling Twin-screw extruders ,we have simplified the mathematical model of side gap. And we have calculated the area of side gap,at the same time,we have drawn the fit curve that is about the area of side gap and the external diameter,which offers the basis of the design and manufacture of Twin-screw extruders.
