摘要
介绍了NGW型救生缓降器的工作原理。以体积最小质量最轻为目标,建立了救生缓降器优化的目标函数。讨论了最优化设计的约束条件,分析了行星齿轮传动系体积的影响因素。基于UG编写了救生缓降器设计的二次开发程序,得出了齿数、模数、齿宽和体积等优化结果。与MATLAB优化结果进行了比较,结果表明救生缓降器优化的目标函数和约束条件是正确的。
The principle of six generation descent rescue device on NGW planetary gear machinery was introduced. Establishing optimum mathematical model based on least volume and mass. Discussed restriction condition on optimum mathematical model,and analyzed affect factor of volume about NGW planetary gear machinery. Compiled re-development program of descent rescue device based on UG,the optimum result was given with gear number,modulus ,gear width and volume etc. The numerical value result proves model is reasonable through contrasts on MATLAB optimum data.
