摘要 目的探讨经钛酸正丁酯(TTB)表面改性的纳米二氧化钛(TiO2)对义齿基托树脂机械性能的影响。方法用TTB对纳米TiO2进行表面处理,采用X射线衍射、红外光谱对其进行表征。透射电镜观察纳米TiO2在MMA悬浮液中的分散情况,并考察义齿基托材料的弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度的变化。结果TTB表面处理改善了纳米TiO2的分散性能,添加比为2%时复合材料的综合力学性能最好,其弯曲强度、弯曲模量和冲击强度分别为(86.274±5.053)MPa、(1.916±0.190)GPa和(4.009±0.279)J/cm2。结论表面处理的纳米TiO2能提高义齿基托树脂的机械性能。 Objective To evaluate the effects of surface-modified nano-titanium dioxide on the mechanical properties of denture base resin. Methods In this study nano-titanium dioxide was modified with Ti(OBu) 4. The product was characterized by X-ray diffraction and infrared spectum. The dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide in the suspension of MMA with transmission electron microscope were ob- served, and the bending strength, elasticity modulus and impact strength of the denture base material were investigated. Results The dispersion of nano-titanium dioxide was improved with surface modification. The composite material with 2% nano-titanium dioxide had the best comprehensive mechanical proper- ties, with its bending strength, elasticity modulus and impact strength (86. 274±5. 053)MPa, (1. 916±0. 190)GPa, and(4.009±0. 279)J/cm2 respectively. Conclusion Surface-modificated nano-titanium dioxide can improve the mechanical properties of denture base resin.
