摘要
文章对铁强化食盐中NaFeEDTA(乙二胺四乙酸铁钠)的检测方法进行了研究。通过对实验条件的考察建立了络合滴定法和紫外分光光度法两种检测铁强化食盐中NaFeEDTA的检测方法。络合滴定法的回收率为94.2%-100.6%,紫外分光光度法的回收率为100.3%-102.5%,两种方法都具有操作简单、快速的特点,可以用于铁强化食盐中的NaFeEDTA的检测。
The methods for determination NaFeEDTA (Sodium Iron (Ⅲ) Ethylenediaminetetraacetate) in iron fortified salt were studied in this paper. Through the inspection of the test conditions, a complexometry method and a UV spectrophotometry method for detecting NaFeEDTA in iron fortified salt were established. The recoveries of complexometry method range from 94. 2% to 100. 6%. The recoveries of spectrophotometry method range from 100. 3% to 102. 5%. The two simple and rapid methods can be used for determination of NaFeEDTA in iron fortified salt food.
