摘要
从某调味粉食品内分离到1株可疑沙门氏菌属,经分离培养、初步筛选、革兰氏染色形态学观察、生化试验及血清凝集试验鉴定为沙门氏菌,并对其进行分型确定为鼠伤寒沙门氏菌,其抗原模式为1,4,5,12∶i∶1,2。
A Salmonella was isolated from seasoning powder, and identified by isolated culture, Gram stain, biochemical reaction and serum agglutination tests in the experiment. Then it whose antigen mode is 1,4,5,12 : i : 1,2 was confirmed as Salmonella typhimurium.
