摘要
目的:反映国内外心脏移植及相关疾病研究现状和发展水平,推测研究热点,为学科研究提供思路和依据。方法:利用CNKI和生物医学信息检索系统(PubMed)为数据来源,检索1999—2008年心脏移植研究相关文献,统计文献数量、期刊分布、作者、文献内容等计量学指标,利用文献计量学方法进行分析。结果:1999—2008年CNKI和生物医学信息检索系统(PubMed)共收录心脏移植及相关疾病研究的文献3185篇;统计分析125种核心期刊,发文数量排名前10的期刊占总量的40%;近年来科研人员倾向于细胞理论和基因学等生化研究,国内外心脏移植研究方向有所不同。结论:加强科研机构的临床研究,跟踪国际研究热点。
Objective： To reflect present situation and development level of the researches on heart transplantation and related diseases at home and abroad for providing ideas and evidences for further disciplinary studies. Method： Using CNKI and PubMed as data resources, retrieve the literatures published in the period of 1999 to 2008 with the keyword of the heart transplantation. Make statistical analysis on the bibliometric indicators including the extentofitem, periodical distribution, author, and content, etc., and carry out quantitative analysis on the results with bibl iometric method. Results： There are 3 185 papers in CNKI and PubMed from 1999 to 2008. 125 core journals are analyzed statistically. The papers published in top l0 core journals are almost 40% of the total papers issued in the core journals. In recent years researchers tend to biochemistry studies such as cell theory and genetics,heart transplantation research directions at home and abroad are different. Conclusion： To strengthen clinical research of scientific research institutions and track the hot points of international studies.
