摘要
论述了美国和日本两大发达国家近50年来畜产品消费结构和生产结构的变化特征,以及由消费结构变迁引致的畜牧业生产变革。通过深入分析发达国家的做法与经验,提出了未来中国畜牧业发展方向。
This paper discussed the features of animal production and consumption structure changes in the United States and Japan in the last 50 years. By analyzing the practice and experience in developed countries, this paper put forward the development direction of animal husbandry in China.
