摘要
为了提高数据库建设的效率和精度,笔者以县级土地利用数据库建设为例,重点对建库过程中数学基础的建立、矢量化的方法选择、拓扑成面细碎多边形的处理、质量控制方法等关键技术进行了探讨,为以后土地利用数据库的建设提供了一定的借鉴价值,对于加快实现国土资源的信息化、科学化具有重要意义。
In order to improve the efficiency and accuracy of the construction of land-use database, the writer takes county level land-use database construction as an example and tries its best to discuss the key technique in the process of the database construction such as the key technique to establish mathematical foundation,selection of vectorization method, disposal of topology-fragment polygon, and the method of quality control and so on, which provide the realistic significance for the Land-use database construction in future. It will also be helpful to reach the information-based and scientific goal of land resource.
