摘要
该试验目的是通过测定乳酸菌产生乳酸的动态变化及小鼠的乳酸耐量,建立小鼠肠道中乳酸模型。试验利用高效液相色谱仪测定嗜酸乳杆菌分泌乳酸的最大浓度为12.89μl/ml,再利用浓度为12.89μl/ml、30μl/ml、60μl/ml、90μl/ml的乳酸灌服小鼠。结果发现灌服90μl/ml组小鼠2~3h后出现死亡。24h后,通过体温、临床症状及剖检观察、生化检测以及病理组织切片得到结果,灌服浓度60μl/ml及以下浓度乳酸的小鼠血清变化微小,并且小鼠的小肠未见损伤,从而为建立小鼠肠道中乳酸模型打下基础。
The propose of this article is to establish lactic acid animal model in mouse intestinal, which through determining dynamic state changing of lactic acid excreted from Lactobacillus acidophilus and dosage of endurance in mouse. The maximum concentration is 12.89 μl/ml which excreted by Lactobacillus acidophilus was determined by HPLC. Lactic acid in 4 different concentrations were drenched to 4 teams respectively, 12.89 μl/ml, 30 μl/ml, 60 μl/ml, 90 μl/ml. It was found that mouse had died in 2-3 hours after drenching 90 μl/ml. The result was obtained by body temperature, clinical symptom, dissecting detection, biochemistry test and pathological section when drenching 4 different concentrations of lactic acid after 24 hours. The changing in blood serum was tiny, and no lesion had been found in small intestine after drenching 60 μl/ml and below. The lactic acid animal model in mouse intestinal based experiment above.
