摘要
目前热风炉换热器的设计多借鉴工业炉用预热助燃空气的高温换热器,选型多按余热利用换热装置在设计及应用中形成的经验选型。其实热风炉用换热系统与余热利用换热系统在运行时存在较大区别。本文从热工理论出发,介绍了换热系统在热风炉中的重要地位。通过热风炉用换热系统与余热利用换热系统的对比,阐述了热风炉换热系统的热工特性,其中包括:入口烟气温度、出口空气温度、换热器的结构以及温度效率和换热效率的取值范围。在设计、生产时应注意到热风炉换热系统的这些热工特性,以使生产的热风炉能够达到热效率、温度效率及寿命的优化统一。
At present, hot-blast stove designers have been used to refer to remaining heat exchanger when they designed heat exchanger of hot-blast stove, and have taken examples in accordance with experience of remaining heat exchanger. In fact heat exchangers of hot-blast stove have some difference from remaining heat exchanger in some factors. In this paper, in view of the importance of heat exchanger of hot-blast stove, thermodynamic characteristics of heat exchanger system of hot-blast stove are expounded according to thermodynamic theories, and they are inlet flue gas temperature, outlet air temperature, structure and the scope of temperature efficiency and heat changing efficiency. More attention should be paid to the thermal characteristics of heat exchanger of hot-blast stove in order that hot-blast stoves designed are optimal and harmonious in thermal efficiency, temperature efficiency and lifetime.
