摘要
为减少直肠癌手术并发症的发生,对110例直肠癌手术并发症进行了分析。并发症有切口感染及液化、肠梗阻、吻合口炎、吻合口溃疡和漏、吻合口及人工肛门口狭窄、输尿管损伤、骶前静脉破裂大出血,人工肛门内陷或脱垂、术后尿潴留,近期复发等,发生率41.82%。这些并发症的发生因术式不同而有差异,对其并发症发生原因及预防措施进行了探讨。
For the purpose of minimizing complications of rectal cancer operation,110 cases of such complications were analysed.These complications included insision infection and liquification,intestinal obstruction,anastosmotic inflammation and stenosis of artificial anuses,injury to ureters,massive bleeding from raptured phsacval arteries,artificial anus prolapse and in vagnation,postsperative retention of urine,and early recuvrences among others.The occurence rate was 41.82%,and the accurence varied according to the type of operation done.In this study,we stadied the causes of and preventive measures against these complications.
