摘要
总结经头颅CT证实的35例脑梗塞,在常规治疗的基础上加用1个疗程的低能量氦-氖激光血管内照射,与对照组35例单纯用常规治疗的临床疗效进行比较。结果:治疗组患者临床症状明显改善,尤其对头痛、头晕、语言障碍、感觉障碍疗效明显,而对肢体功能障碍及失眠的总有效率明显增高。
Retrospectively observed were the effects of low energy helium neon laser irradiation on patients with cerebral infarction which were verified by CT scans.Group 35 patients in the control were treated only routinery,while laser treated group(35 cases)received one course of intravascular irradiation of low energy helium neon laser,In addition to routine treatment.The results showed that in laser treated group patients,the clinical symptoms were improved significantly,especially the symptoms of headache,dizziness dysphasia and dysfunction of sensation.The effective rate of the laser treatment for metion dysfunction and insomnia were obviously higher than that of the control group.
