摘要
根据公司目前铜系统的原料状况,铜合成炉必须要处理部分品质较差的铜精矿,为了保证炉况的稳定和铜阳极板质量,铜合成炉制定了处理高杂铜精矿试验方案,以此摸索出高杂铜精矿对炉况的影响以及在保证铜阳极板质量的前提下铜精矿的配料要求。
According to raw material condition of the copper system in Jinchuan Group Ltd.,some copper concentrate of poor quality must be used in Copper Synthesis Flash Smelting Furnace（CSFSF）.At the same time,in order to ensure the stability of CSFSF and the quality of copper anode,the process has been adjusted,and tried to find out how the copper concentrate with rich impurity dement element impacts the CSFSF as well as adjusting the copper concentrate charging ratio under ensuring the quality of copper anode.
