摘要
目的:采用微管液相色谱法同时测定白术中的白术内酯Ⅲ、白术内酯Ⅰ和苍术酮,并应用于全国白术种质资源调查。方法:采用微管液相色谱仪,Microsil C18微管色谱柱(150mm×1.0mm),以甲醇-乙腈-水为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速:50μL/min,检测波长220nm,采用该方法,对全国20多个地区的白术种质样品进行了测定。结果:建立了同时分离白术中的白术内酯Ⅲ、Ⅰ和苍术酮的测定方法,测定了全国主产区白术种质的含量,初步得到了优质种源。结论:该方法准确、简便,在白术种质资源调查中起到了很好的作用。
Objective: To establish a microbore Liquid Chromatography method for determining the content of atractylenolide Ⅲ, Ⅰ and atractylon in Artactylodis macrocephala,Which is furthermore applied in the investigation of plant resource. Methods :In this microbore LC method, Microsil C18 column( 150mm × 1.0mm)was used with the mobile phase containing methol-acetonitrile-water for gradient elution, the flow rate was 50μL/min, and the detection wavelength was set at 220nm. Results : Under the above separation conditions, the contents of samples gathered from deferent area were determined in order to choose the high quality plant resource. Conclusion:The method is simple, reliable, and can be applied to value the plant resource
