摘要
目的:观察中药熏洗配合穴位敷贴外敷治疗骨性关节炎的疗效。方法:78例(103膝)用中药熏洗配合穴位敷贴外敷治疗。结果:治疗1个疗程4周,经过6～40个月的随访,平均13.2月,结果优52人67膝、良16人23膝、中7人10膝、差3人3膝,总优良率为87.38%。结论:采用中药熏洗配合穴位敷贴外敷治疗早中期膝关节骨性关节炎,疗效确切,副作用较少,值得在临床中推广应用。
Objective：To observe the clinical effects of Herbal Fumigation plus point application in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis ,Methods ：78 patients （ 103knees ） were treated by Herbal Fumigation plus point application. Results ： with a treatment course of four weeks and after a fellow - up of 6 - 40months, average fellow - up time was 13.2 months, the eurative effect show excellent 52 patients （67knees）, fine 16 patients （23knees）, midst 7 patients （ 10knees ）, bad 3 patient（3 knees） , and the total fineness rate was 87.38%. Conclusion： Herbal Fumigation plus point application in the treatment of early metaphase knee osteoarthritis,which had a better curative effeet, less adverse reaction, and worth to to extend clinical application
