突发公共事件经济影响研究述评 被引量：13

摘要 从宏观经济政策角度来看,突发公共事件对经济的影响可以分为两个层面,一是政策目标层面,包括经济增长和物价稳定;二是政策传导层面,包括微观经济主体渠道(个人和家庭、企业)和宏观经济渠道(消费、投资、进出口)。在这一框架下对已有的突发公共事件经济影响的研究进行系统的梳理和总结,可以提示突发公共事件的宏观经济属性,进而突出其和宏观经济政策的密切关系。
