神经毒素β-N-甲氨基-L-丙氨酸的毒理学与检测方法研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 β-N-甲氨基-L-丙氨酸(BMAA)是一种具有神经毒性的非蛋白氨基酸。研究表明,BMAA能够损伤运动神经元。在自然环境中,BMAA可以沿食物链传递,具有生物放大现象,可能参与肌萎缩侧索硬化-帕金森痴呆综合征的发病过程。大部分浮游蓝细菌(蓝藻)能够产生BMAA,环境中广泛存在的蓝藻可能会对人类健康构成威胁。本文对BMAA的理化性质、毒性、致毒机制、检测方法及其沿食物链的传递行为等进行了综述,以期为蓝藻毒素对人体健康的风险评估提供参考依据。 Beta-N-methylamino-L-alanine(BMAA) is a neurotoxic non-protein amino acid.It has been suggested that the toxin contribute to the disease of amyotrophic lateral sclerosis-parkinsonism dementia complex,based on toxicity studies of BMAA and its significant biomagnification in traditional food chain.Studies showed that most analyzed strains of blue-green algae could produce BMAA.Since blue-green algae are abundant and ubiquitous in surface waters,the potential impacts on the health of human-beings could be significant.This paper reviewed the recent progresses made on BMAA studies,including the source of BMAA,the physical and chemical properties,toxicity,mechanism of intoxication,analytical methods,and biomagnifications of BMAA along the food chain.It was suggested that related studies on BMAA be carried out in China to present a scientific basis for risk evaluation of BMAA on the health of human-beings.
