摘要
当前科学实践哲学表明科学是一种建构的实践活动,建构活动意味着,只有在各式各样的行动者的介入的活动中,科学才得以构成.建构活动本身就是包含着社会——政治因素在内的人类与非人类的各种因素相互博弈的网络系统。我国地震预报研究工作一直处在尴尬的困境中。探究预报过程中的各种因素之间的博弈对科学预报形成的影响,有助于我们理解这种困境的成因。
The current philosophy of practice of science attempts to clari[y the science is an activity of practical construction, constructive activity means that only various actants involved in the activities, science is able to he constructed, construction is in an actant game network, which contains various human and non-human factors. China＇s earthquake prediction has been in perplexity, it could help us to understand the cause of this perplexity to explore refluence of Various factors on the formation of a scientific prediction.
