利用欧洲中期天气预报中心／世界气象组织（ECMWF／WMO）1981-11-1982-10逐日2．5°×2．5°网格点资料，按赤道西风判别指数确定了赤道西风的范围，讨论了这支基本气流的结构及季节演变特征，以及它和这一地区环流的关系。
