摘要
合成了一种新型无硫磷苯并三氮唑醇衍生物(EBP),在四球摩擦磨损试验机上研究了它们作为加氢油添加剂的摩擦学性能.实验结果表明,该添加剂具有良好的摩擦学性能,是一类新型无硫磷环保型润滑油添加剂.用扫描电镜(SEM)分析了钢球磨损表面形貌和元素面分布,结果表明,在摩擦过程中,钢球表面形成了一层含氮、氧膜,这层膜能提高基础油的摩擦性性能.
A new non-S, P benzotrizole alcohol derivative (EBP) is synthesized in this paper, and its tribological properties as additives in hydrogenation oil are examined with four-ball tester. Results indicate that the synthesized additive possesses good tribological capacity, and it is a kind of non-S, P environmental protection lubricating oil additive. Worn surface morphology and element distribution of steel ball are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy (SEM). Results show that a film containing N and O is formed on the steel ball surface which improves tribo- logical properties of the base oil.
