摘要
为了解大亚湾沉积物中重金属含量分布及其对海湾生态环境的危害状况,于2006年7月至2007年11月采集了大亚湾10个采样点的春、夏、秋、冬四个季度的表层沉积物样品,分析了沉积物中重金属的含量。结果表明,大亚湾重金属含量均低于海洋沉积物I类质量标准,研究海域沉积物中Hg、Ph、Cu、Zn的含量分别为0.009~0.158mg/kg、11.52~45.95mg/k、2.61—64.68mg/kg、30.58—85.07mg/kg,平均含量分别为0.040、28.50、12.46、61.76mg/kg,Hg、Pb、Cu的季度差异不明显,Zn有较明显的季节变化。潜在生态危害评价表明,夏季重金属潜在生态危害属于强级污染,其余季节属于中等程度污染;重金属生态危害程度顺序为:Hg〉Cu〉Pb〉Zn,其中Hg的潜在生态危害属于很强级,其余均属于轻微级。
The heavy metal distribution in surface sediments of Daya Bay and the assessment of their potential ecological risks were studied. The surface sediment samples were collected from Daya Bay between July 2006 and November 2007 and the concentrations of the heavy metals, namely Hg, Pb, Cu and Zn were determined by spectrometric methods. The results showed that the concentrations of Hg, Pb, Cu and Zn were all below the quality standard of class I marine sediment: the concentra- tion ranges of Hg, Pb, Cu and Zn were 0. 009 -0. 158 mg/kg, 64. 68 mg/kg, and 30. 58 - 85.07 mg/kg, respectively, and 11.52-45.95 mg/kg, 2.61 - their average levels were 0. 040, 28.50, 12.46, and 61.76 mg/kg, respectively. Except for Zn, no significant concentration variations with the seasons were observed for the other three heavy elements. The potential ecological risk assessment indicated that the potential ecological risks of these heavy metals were of high level in summer and moderate level in other seasons. The sequence of the degree of their potential ecological risks was : Hg 〉 Cu 〉 Pb 〉 Zn. The potential ecological risk of Hg was of high level and the others were of low level.
