摘要
认为国有煤炭企业要从建立现代企业制度入手，使企业真正走向市场，增强竞争力，这是实施“科教兴煤”战略的关键。通过回顾科教战线的成果和分析存在的问题，提出促进煤炭企业整体素质提高，增强企业市场竞争力的5条建议。
The article holds that the state-owned coalmines should first establish modern enterprise system so that the mines become really involved in themarket with improved competitiveness. This process is of utmost significance in implementing thestrategy of 'invigorating the coal industry by relying on the advancement of science and technology'. Onreviewing the achievements in the coal industrys sci-tech work and education and analyzing the existingproblems, the article puts forward five suggestions for an overall improvement of coal mines- integralquality and their competitiveness.
