摘要
对于有限群G及任意一个子群H≤G,证明了对每个x∈G,包含x的共轭类C(x)的长度整除|G∶H‖C(x)∩H|,并由此构造了一个类函数,进一步证明了该类函数是一个特征标并给出了它的模的构造。
For a finite group G and an arbitrary subgroup H≤G,it is proved that ｜C（x）｜ is a factor of ｜G∶H‖C（x）∩H｜,where x∈G and C（x） is the G-conjugacy class containing x.Furthermore,a class function which turn out to be a character is defined and its representation module is constructed.
