摘要
介绍了我国造纸行业制浆造纸设备的主要现状,分析了最近几年新上的大型项目的进口设备与我国自主研发与制造的设备的主要差距,根据我国造纸工业"十一五"发展规划要求以及我国造纸行业的环保政策需要,结合我国造纸设备生产现状指出,加快造纸设备国产化是适应造纸行业结构调整的关键。
According to statistics, during the period of 2005 - 2008, the main equipment used in the rebuilding and expansion projects in our country were almost the imported equipment. In our country, the domestic machinery manufacturers only can provide the small and medium size equipment such as the bleached chemical pulping line with capacity of 100000 t/a and its chemical recovery system, printing and writing paper machine with capacity of 100000 t/a, as well as liner board machine with capacity of 200000 t/a, and the technical level of the domestic equipment is behind that of the imported equipment. According to the l lth Five-year development plan, as well as the environment protection policy of pulp and paper industry in the country, the country will have large pulp and paper projects with fast-going poplar, eucalyptus and bamboo as fiber raw materials, accelerating the development of the domestic equipment is rather critical as the domestic equipment can not meet the equipment of the projects.
