摘要
介绍了4400/420四叠网纸板机计算机控制系统。详细叙述了该控制系统的结构、硬件配置及其控制功能的实现。运行结果表明,该系统较好地实现了纸板机的速度链控制、负荷分配控制及张力控制等,控制功能及控制精度高且运行稳定,能充分满足生产过程的需要。
This article introduces the computer control system of the paperboard machine with four forming sections and presents it＇s hardware configuration as well as it＇s control function achievement in detail. The results of operation prove that this control system has fulfilled the speed chain, load distribution and strain control function very well and achieved high precision and stability, and met the process requirement sufficiently.
