摘要
制备了改性水溶性酚醛树脂,用于过滤纸的浸渍增强,通过对酚醛树脂浸渍和固化工艺的研究以及过滤纸性能的比较表明,水溶性酚醛树脂用于浸渍增强滤纸是可行的,其裂断长达到4880m,耐破度309 kPa,挺度3.3 mN.m,综合力学性能均已达到进口产品水平。
The stable resol was synthesized and its stability, solid content and formaldehyde content were tested. The impregnated filter paper with the resole resin as the impregnant was prepared. The properties of the impregnated paper including tensile, stiffness, and burst were de- termined. The experimental results indicated that the resol can be used for impregnating filter papers, and the breaking length, bursting strength and stiffness of the impregnated filter paper are 4880 m, 309 kPa and 3.3 mN ·m respectively.
