摘要
通过研究反映期刊信息密度的各参数与年论文容量、年载文页数及期费用之间的关系，导出了从一个方面描述编辑质量的年费用节约额计算公式，从而使编辑技术纳入了技术经济学的范畴．最后以实例说明其应用．
A formula for calculiting the annually saving amount of expenditure in representing the editing quality from one side, is derived by a study of the relation of the parameters expressing the information density in periodical publications to the capacities of articles, to the number of pages and to the cost of the publications,which makes the editing technigue classified into the category of technique and economy. Finally an example is given in demonstrating its applications.
