改良的兔肺原位保存缺血再灌注模型

摘要 肺移植作为终末期肺病的惟一治疗手段,其总体疗效不令人满意。缺血再灌注损伤是影响肺移植成功率和预后的重要因素之一。随着肺保护技术的不断进步,近20年来,肺移植后早期肺功能衰竭的发生有所下降。原位缺血再灌注模型最常用于研究供肺再灌注损伤机制和保护措施。我们对此加以改进,建立结合原位灌注保存的兔肺缺血再灌注模型,为提高现有供肺保护水平的研究提供实验模型。
