双份异基因脐带血造血干细胞移植治疗儿童慢性粒细胞白血病一例
摘要
慢性粒细胞白血病（CML）是血液系统较常见的恶性肿瘤，临床上多采用伊马替尼治疗，而异基因造血干细胞移植仍是目前根治慢性粒细胞白血病的惟一方法。我们以脐带血作为造血干细胞移植源，提供双份异基因脐带血造血干细胞用于临床，治疗儿童慢性粒细胞白血病1例，现报告如下。
