摘要
[目的]比较陆海杂交长绒棉与常规棉的叶绿素荧光差异。[方法]以陆海种间杂交长绒棉新品种康地4036为供试品种,以长绒棉常规种新海21号和陆地棉常规种中棉49号为对照,用PAM-2100便携式叶绿素荧光分析仪测定棉花花铃期的叶绿素荧光参数。[结果]在同等栽培管理条件下,康地4036叶片的初始荧光(Fo)较2个对照品种的变化幅度较小,非光化学猝灭系数(NPQ)明显低于2个常规棉对照品种,PSⅡ原初光能转换效率(Fv/Fm)以及PSⅡ的潜在活性(Fv/Fo)均高于2个对照品种。表明康地4036能很好的适应强光,对光能利用率和转换效率较高。[结论]该研究为指导杂交棉新品种选育和栽培提供了理论依据。
[Objective] The aim was to compare the difference of chlorophyll fluorescence between interspecific hybridization long-staple cotton and common cotton.[Method] With Kangdi 4036,a new variety of interspecific hybridization long-staple cotton,as tested variety,the common cotton of long-staple cotton of Xinhai 21 and common cotton of land cotton of Zhongmian 49 as CK,the chlorophyll fluorescence parameters in the cotton flowering and boll-setting period were detected by PAM-2100 portable chlorophyll fluorescen analyzer. [ Result] Under the equivalent cultivation and management condi- tion, the clunge range of tire original fluorescence of Kangdi 4036 leaf was less than that of 2 control varieties, the non-photochemical quenching coefficient (NPQ) was obviously lower than that of 2 control varieties of comuon cotton, and the prinary light energy conversion (Fv/Fm) and potential activity (Fv/Fo) of PS Ⅱ were all higher than that of 2 control varieties, which showed that Kangdi 4036 could adapt strong light better anti'had higher light energy utilization and conversion efficiency , [Conclusion] The research provided the theoretical basis for the guidance of the breeding and eultivation of hybridiza- tion cotton new variety.
