自身免疫性甲状腺疾病患者PBMC对PHA和SAC刺激的转化反应

摘要 本文对34例自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD)患者和21例正常人外周血单个核细胞(PBMC)转化反应进行了测定。结果表明其PBMC转化反应均较正常人增高。将甲状腺素与有丝分裂原同时加入正常人PBMC中,可见其转化反应随着甲状腺素浓度的递增而增高。本文认为(1)例定PBMC对PHA和SAC激活的转化反应可作为临床免疫学检测的辅助指标之一;(2)本病PBMC转化反应的增高与甲状腺激素的变化有一定的关系,但不是其根本的原因。 Using ~3H-TdR uptake, the T lymphocyte transformation by PHA and the B lympho cyte transformation by SAC were performed on 34 Patients with autoimmune thyroid diseases(AITD) and 21 normal controls. The results showed that T and B lymphocyte transformations in patients increased than those in normal controls. The 160ng/ml and 320ng/ml of thyroxine could respectively make T and B lymphocyte transformations in normal persons increase significantly (P<0.05). But the increase in T and B lymphocyte transformations were also found in the patients with Hashimoto′s thyroiditis and Graves′disease whose serum concentration of thyroid hormone was in normal range or even below this range. It is concluded that (1) determination of T and B lymphocyte transformations in oatients with AITD could be considered one of auxilliary indexes in clinical immunology, and (2) thyroid hormone could induced T and B lymphocyte transformations in patients with AITD to increase but it can′t be the basic cause。
