摘要
绢云石英片岩具有烧制陶瓷的多种有益矿物组份和优良特性,适于低温快速烧成,且矿石具有原始微细结构,质地疏松,易于加工。将绢云石英片岩成功地应用于釉面砖和卫生瓷制造,素烧温度大为降低;原料粉碎加工周期可缩短近三分之一,节能效果突出。湖北省绢云石英片岩矿储量丰富,质量稳定,易于露天开采,交通便利,应用前景广阔。为我国发现了一种新型节能陶瓷原料。
Sericite-quartz-schist has many beneficial mineral components and good properties, and therefor is suitable for manufacturing ceramics by quick roasting at a low temperature. As the rock is possessed of primary fine texture and is loose-grained, it can be processed easily. Sericite-quartz-schist has been successfully applied to making glazed tiles and sanitary ceramics with a prominent energy-saving effect as the plain roasting temperature can be reduced greatly and the cycle of raw material crushing processes can be shortened by about one third. Sericite-quartz-schist deposits in Hubei province are rich in ore reserves, stable in quality, suitable for open-cast mining, and convenient to transportation, so they have a good perspective in utilization. Sericite-quartz-schist is one of the new types of energy-saving ceramic raw materials discovered in China.
