摘要
本文目的在于评价全肺切除术对晚期肺癌生存率的影响。自１９７０年２月￣１９９５年１０月，我科以全肺切除术治疗晚期肺癌１０８例，其中心包内处理血管４１例（３８％）。４５例行右全肺切除，６３例行左全肺切除。根治性全肺切除８９例（８２．４％），姑息性全肺切除１９例（１７．６％）。本组１０８例术后５年生存率为２８．６％，其中非小细胞癌５年生存率为３７．４％，未分化小细胞肺癌无一例生存满５年者。
Objective: This study is to valuate the effect of total pneumonectomy on the survival time of patients with advanced lung cancer. Methods: 108 patients with advanced lung cancer were treated with total pneumonectomy,41 (38% ) received intrapericardial dissection on vessels, 45 had right total pneumonectomy and 63 left total pneumonectomy, 89 patients (82. 4% ) received curative ressection and 19(17. 6% ) palliative ressection. Result: Five - year survival rate was 28. 6%. Five - year survival rate for PatientS with nonsmall cell lung cancer was 37 .4%. No Patients with small cell lung cancer survived over five years.Conclusion:Total pneumonectomy could increase the five - year survival rate in Patients with advanced lung cancer. It is helpful to the petoperative aviation and chemothempy. It is not saitable for small cell lung cancer loth stage Ⅲ.
