摘要
本文报告了恶性肿瘤化疗后中性粒细胞缺乏症（粒缺）29例次。对其临床表现进行了描述，对诊断的注意点、治疗要点进行了讨论。强调了位缺是导致肿瘤病人死亡最直接、最危险的因素。粒缺病人有时临床表现隐匿，只在病人发热检查血象后才被发现，要求我们仔细寻找粒缺病人合井感染的所在部位。粒缺的治疗首选集落刺激因子、及时选用抗生素和输注粒细胞。
This Paper reports 29 episodes of neutrophylic agranulocytosis after chemotherapy of malignant tumors. The clinical manifestations, and the diagnostic precantions and treatment are discussed. Emphasis is laid on the faCt that agranulocytosis is the most immediate and most dangerous factor of the patients' death. Patients with agranulocytosis sometimes have insidious manifestations in clinic, which can only be found when the hemograms of patients with fever are examined. We are required to look carefully for the Part of the Patient's body where agranulocytosis is complicated by infection. The treatment of agranulocytosis is first to select G - CSF, and then to choose antibiotics and i nfuse granulocytes in time.
