摘要
目的：探讨食管癌放疗最佳剂量。材料与方法：1973－19764年间60CO外照射329例食管癌的5年、8年、10年、13年生存率分析，对组织剂量6400cGy组7400cGy组分别行肺校正后靶区剂量分别是7000cGy、8250cGy。结果：肺校正后7000cGy组5年、8年、10年、13年生存率分别为13％（15／114）、9．6％（11／114）、7％（8／114）、1．8％（2／114）。8250cGy组5年8年、10年、13年生存率分别为8．3％（17／204）、2．4％（5／204）、1．5％（3／204）、0（0/204）。两组对此肺校正后7000cGy组明显高于8250cGy组P＜0．005。结论：食管癌放疗行肺校正是必要的，肺校正后靶区剂量7000cGy^7700cGy我们认为是根治性放疗的最佳剂量。
Purpose: To confirm the best dose of radiotherapy for the Patients with esophageal carcinoma. Materials and methods: 329 cases were treated with external radiotherapy by60Co for 1973 to 1976. Then the 5 -year,8 - year, 10 - year, 13 - year survival rates were studied. The radiation doses of 6400cGy, and 7000cGy,were 7400cGy,8250cGy, with lung correction. Results: the 5 - year, 8 - year, 10 - year, 13 year survival rates in 7000cGy group lung correction were 13% (15/114),9. 6% (11/114),7% (8/114)and 1. 8% (2/114) respectively. The 5 - year, 8 - year, 10 - year, 13 - year survival rates in 8250 cGy group ther lung correction were 8. 3% (17/204),2. 4% (5/204), 1. 5 % (3/204) and 0(0/204) respectively. The differentiation between the two group was very obvious (P < 0. 005). Conclusion: It is necessary to have the radiotherapy of esophageal carcinoma with lung correction. The radation dose of DT 6700 ~ 7700cGy after lung correction is the best dose in radical radiotherapy of the cases.
