摘要
目的 分析高剂量率后装治疗原发性阴道癌的疗效。材料与方法 １９８４年１月￣１９９４年４月，共收治原发性阴道癌４０例，全部采用外照射加腔内放疗，外照射采用＾６０Ｃｏ－γ线或直线加速器８ＭＶ－Ｘ线，腔内照射采用Ｂｕｃｈｌｅｒ后装机的中间振荡源。结果 所有病例均随访３年以上，４０例病人Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ期的３年生存率分别为７１．４％、５５．６％、０．０％，５年生存率分别为５７．６％、４６．６％、０．０％。
Purpose: To analyze the curative effect of primary vagina carcinoma treated by high dose rate irradiation. Materials and Methods: From Jan. 1984 to Apr. 1994, 40 cases with primary vagina carcinoma were treated by the combination of afterioading irradiation with 60Co or 8MV linear linear accelerator external irradiation. Results: All Patients were followed up for more than 3 years. The three - year survival rates for stage Ⅱ. Ⅲ and Ⅳ were 71. 4%, 55. 6% and 0. 0%, respectively. The five - year survival rates were 57. 6%, 46. 6% and 0. 0%. Slight radioactive rectitis were in 8 cases, slight radioactive cystitis were in 6 cases, and sevious rectitis was in 1 case. Conclusions: High dose rate afgerloading brachytherapy is effective, safe and simple in the beatment and it can keep the nomal organs and their function
