摘要
采用碱性磷酸酶抗碱性磷酸酶桥联酶反应（ＡＰＡＡＰ）法检测足月新生儿脐血Ｔ淋巴细胞亚群，并与健康儿童进行比较，结果显示：脐血ＣＤ３，ＣＤ４，ＣＤ４／ＣＤ８表达率均值低于健康儿童，二者呈现显著性差异（Ｐ＜００５）；脐血ＣＤ８表达率低于健康儿童，但二者无差异（Ｐ＞００５）。
The expression rate of T Lymphocyte subpopulations in fetal blood of mature neonates with APAAP method was determined and compared with of peripheral blood of normal children.The result indicated that:① the expression rates of CD3,CD4 and CD4/CD8 in the blood of neonates were significantly lower than those of peripheral blood of normal children(P<005),and ② there were no significantly difference between the mature neonates and normal children in the expression rates of CD8(P>005).The detection of T lymphocyte subpopulation in the blood of mature neonaotes may provide materials for analysing the immune function of neonates.
