摘要
从７种中药中，经光敏试验筛试出光敏作用最强的二种中药白芷、大黄，将其各自配成３０％酊剂，涂于皮损后照射长波紫外线及中波紫外线。治疗２７例寻常型银屑病患者，总有效率９２６％，可与口服中药光化疗法相比，并可避免口服光敏性药物引起的全身副作用及致癌。
Thirty percent tincturers of both Angelicadahurica(白芷)and R officinale Baill(大黄),which were screened out as the 2 drugs with most potent photosensitive activity among 7 tested Chinese traditional drugs employing photosensitive tests,were applied to the lesions of psoriasis which were then treated with UVAB irradiation.Twenty seven cases of psoriasis vulgaris were treated with total effective rate of 926%,being comparable with oral photochemotherapy.The topical use of photosensitive Chinese traditional drug may advoid the systemic adverse effects and the potential risks of carcinogenesis and cataract associated with systemic photochemotherapy.
