摘要
笔者介绍了SF6气体的绝缘特征及该气体含有水分等杂质对电气设备的危害,通过工作中处理SF6断路器微水含量超标的实例,分析了断路器内部SF6微水含量超标的原因,详述了处理方法及过程,通过测试,验证了处理方法的正确性。
This paper introduces the insulation characteristic of SF6 gas, and the harm to electrical equipment if impurities such as water exist in the gas. Therefore, the causes resulting in exceeding micro-water in SF6 gas of three 110 kV SF6 circuit breakers are analyzed, and the removal method is hence presented and verified via measurement.
