摘要
目的探讨碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(bFGF)对老龄大鼠心脏缺血/再灌注损伤的作用。方法在离体心脏再灌注模型上,观察bFGF对缺血/再灌注心肌组织水肿程度、心肌细胞膜稳定性、脂质过氧化损伤及钙超载的影响。结果6FGF能明显减轻老龄大鼠心脏再灌注损伤后乳酸脱氢酶、组织蛋白酶D和蛋白的漏出,降低脂质过氧化产物(MDA)的产生和钙超载等(P均<0.01)。结论bFGF对老龄大鼠心脏的I/R损伤仍具有保护作用。
Objective To investigate the effects of basic fibroblast growth factor (bFGF) on myocardial ischemia/reperfusion (I/R) injury of aged rats. Methods On a model of I/R of isolated rat heart, the role of bFGF on tissue edema, stability of cellular plasma, and pereoxidative injury and calcium overload of myocardium subjected to I/R were observed. Results bFGF can attenuat leakage of lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and cathpsin D(CD)from cardiomyocyte, lower the formation of MDA and calcium overload in reperfused myocardium (P<0.01), Conclusion bFGF has cardioprotective effects on myocardium of aged rats subjected to I/R injury.
