摘要
目的：探讨ＭＴＳ１基因表达与缺失在神经母细胞瘤（ＮＢ）发生发展中的作用。方法：应用原位杂交及多聚酶链反应技术分别对２０例ＮＢ中ＭＴＳ１基因表达与缺失进行检测。结果：本组２０例ＮＢ标本无１例有ＭＴＳ１基因表达及缺失现象。结论：ＮＢ的发生发展可能与ＭＴＳ１基因低表达或不表达而不发挥抑癌作用有关，可能与ＭＴＳ１基因缺失无关；ＮＢ细胞中ＭＴＳ１基因低表达或不表达可能与其缺失无关。
—玂bjective:To investigate the role of MTS1 expression and deletion in genesis and progression of neuroblastoma(NB).Methods:20 cases were examined by in situ hybridization and polymerase chain reaction techniques.Results:Expressed positive cell and deletion of MTS1 gene were not detected in 20 cases.Conclusion:This study suggested that development and tumorigenesis of NB may be associated with no expression and lower expression of MTS1 gene.It may be not associated with deletion of MTS1 gene.No expression or lower expression of MTS1 gene may be not associated with its deletion.
