摘要
针对新时期高校图书馆作用与职责的变化,通过对高校教师与研究生群体的阅读倾向,提出了与构建、完善我国高校图书馆员与教师研究生群体的良好关系的思路与建议。
To counter the development of action and function in university library in the new age, and through the data of teach- ers and graduate students readers ＇ reading inclination for their utilization of library resources, the paper has put forward the reliable information for the resource construction of libraries and measurable theoretical basement for connection of librarian and readers.
