本文介绍了肉品中二甲胺定量法。在原法基础上,改变了pH,提高了灵敏度。本法斜率b=0.042,回收率104%,精密度CV2.5%。一甲胺和三甲胺无干扰。
This essay introduces the quantitative analysis of the D.M.A. in meat Products. This methop helps tc change P.H., raises its sensitity. Byusing this way you can get the slope (B): 0.042, the rate of the recovery (or reclamation): 104 Percent, the Precision (C.V.) 2.5 Percent. And you wont see there is any interencewith M.A. or T.M.A.
