摘要
本文研究了碱性玫瑰精和罗丹明B的PH、水温、稳定时间、吸收峰扫描,河水影响,检出下限,回收率等方面的试验,结果表明,性能一致。利用碱性玫瑰精完全可以代替罗丹明B做水动力扩散试验的示踪剂。以河水为参比可扣除本底影响,检出下限达5PPb。
A method is developed for the test of PH,temperture,Stable time,absorbent peak,river water effect,de-tecting limits and recoveing rate of the basic Rhodamine toner and Rodimine B.The results of this study demonstrante that the performace of test is just same.When we use basic rhodamine toner instead of Rodimine B as tracting agent.The detecting limints of this method is about 5 PPb after deducting the background effect of water.
