摘要
目的：观察生脉注射液治疗难治性心力衰竭（ＲＨＦ）的疗效。方法：６０例ＲＨＦ患者随机分２组，治疗组３０例在原有洋地黄、利尿剂、扩血管剂治疗的基础上用生脉注射液６０ｍｌ加入５％的葡萄糖３００ｍｌ中静滴；对照组３０例仅给洋地黄、利尿剂和扩血管剂治疗，２组均１０日为１个疗程。结果：治疗组总有效率８６．７％，对照组总有效率７３．３％（Ｐ＜０．０５）。生脉注射液治疗后每搏输出量和射血分数显著改善（Ｐ均＜０．０５），心率显著下降（Ｐ＜０．０５），未见严重不良反应。结论：生脉注射液是治疗ＲＨＦ的有效药物。
Objective:To observe the therapeutic efficacy of “sheng mai” injection on refractory heart failure (RHF).Methods:Sixty cases of RHF were divided into 2 groups.The treatment group (n=30) was treated with “sheng mai” injection 60 ml add to 5% glucose 300 ml intravenous drip on the basis of digitalis,diuretic and vasodilator therapy.The control group (n=30) was treated with digitalis,diuretic and vasodilator only.There were 10 days for a therapy course in both 2 groups.Results:The total effective rates were 867% and 733% in treatment group and control group respectively (P<005). At the same time,the stroke volume and ejection fraction were improved,the heart rate was decreased significantly (all P<005), and no serious sideeffect was found.Conclusions:“Sheng mai” injection is an effective drug for treating RHF.
